Good morning, no times have been established yet. we plan to have a morning meeting between 8:45 and 9:00 for folks to announce trips and coordinate shuttle with folks. We had 40+ folks last year and hoping for more this year so buying launch and shuttle prior would be difficult to coordinate. This is what we will have a morning meeting for groups to get together and plan the day.
Let me know if you have any questions or would be interested in helping with any parts of this event. We are looking for trip coordinators for Saturday. Sunday with traveling and break down camp things are up in the area and folks will be able to coordinate together.
