Registration

Class only - No Assessment or ACA Certificate – $150.00
All topics will be covered by both types of registrations...if you choose not to have the final assessment by the instructor(s) to receive a certificate from ACA then this one is for you.
Full ACA Assessment and Certification – $180.00
This includes all class content and field instruction for both days plus a final skills assessment. Registrant of this type will receive a completion certificate from ACA.

YAY!!! We are on the books for our ACA L4 Swiftwater rescue class Sept. 30-Oct. 1 We're going to meet at the Mad River in Dayton OH on Saturday September 30th at 8:30am. Don Brannon of Watershed Outfitters is our trainer for the weekend, and will be sending me more detailed information but here's what I have so far:

Minimum number of people for class: 6

Maximum number of people for class: 12

Total hours of instruction: 16 (two 8 hour days)

ACA Certified Course? Yes

ACA Insurance to be provided through the Outfitter group included in fees

Costs:

Class only (no assessment) $150 ($50 deposit due at time of registration)

Class plus ACA Assessment (includes ACA Certificate of Completion) $180 (same deposit required as above)

We will be doing day one as described above, with day 2 to be in our boats on a river for more practical, in-the-environment instruction
