Become a qualified Level 1 ACA Instructor in either Solo Canoe or Kayak.

The course is being run by 2 outstanding and highly recommended ITs -  Jeff Atkins and Ashley Brown.

This course and assessment will take place over 1 weekend, plus one or two short zoom meetings for paperwork.

The training and assessment will take place on sheltered waters.

There will be a fee of $125 to pay to the club for the course/assessment, plus you will need to pay for registration with the ACA.  The club is sponsoring this assessment and heavily subsidizing the course fees.

Places are limited to 5 Canoe and 10 kayak participants, so register early.

The Zoom meetings will take place in early July.

It is recommend, but not essential that you join some of the rescue and training courses taking place earlier in the year.
